Returns with orginal sales receipt only. No refunds with gift receipt, store credit only. After 30 days, no refunds or exchanges. Merchandise must be returned in orginal condition (unused, unworn, and unopened) with orginal packaging intact. Books, dolls & massage oils cannot be returned.
