JOB PURPOSE:
To teach baby massage classes following established protocols and curriculum.

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Current certification from approved Infant Massage certification program.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
One year classroom/small group process teaching/facilitation/presentation.
Can demonstrate teaching abilities with live model. Understand and operate A-V equipment. Facilitation skills for small group process. Problem solving capabilities. Requires observance of universal precautions. Moving furniture and class materials tubs requires good body mechanics and ability to lift 30 lbs. Willing to travel to teachings throughout the region. Willing to work evening and weekend hours, and/or split shifts.

Must demonstrate warmth, cultural competence, and responsiveness to customer needs.

HOURS/SHIFT:
On Call position, hours and shift vary depending upon department need. Must be available to work both daytime and evening hours including weekends without incurring overtime pay.

PASSING A BACKGROUND CHECK AS WELL AS A DRUG SCREEN IS REQUIRED FOR ALL EXTERNAL HIRES.
