About Me: Hello! My name is Elaine Rupp and I am a certified 'Loving Touch' instructor CIMI®. Loving Touch Training is available to parents Monday through Friday. There is no fee for our training. Your baby will love the comforting and relaxing experience. I am also a Healthy Start Home Visitor and Certified Breastfeeding Educator.
