- About Me
I am an Early Childhood Special Educator with many years of experience working with infants and young children. I have worked in the classroom setting, family homes, clinics, and physician offices. My experience includes evaluation and assessment, program planning for individuals and facilities, teaching, and administrative work. I especially enjoy workking with infants and parents; this is my first love! I have worked with typically developing children as well as those with special needs. I want to continue to make a positive difference in the lives of children and families and I see Infant Massage as a great avenue to do such! I hold a Master's degree in Child and Family Studies and my undergraduate degree is in Special Education. I have received Montessori training as well as specialized training in the SKI*HI programs: AHEAD, VIISA, and INSITE. In addition to my teaching and evaluation experience, I have trained numerous people in the classroom, workshops, one on one, and the home setting.
