Diana Moore is the Founder and Director of the International Loving Touch® Foundation (ILTF), established in 1992, and the creator of the Certified Infant Massage Instructor (CIMI®) program. An active Licensed Trainer, she has served as the Lead Senior Instructor Trainer and Teacher of Trainers for more than 45 years, educating healthcare professionals worldwide. Passionate about teaching, she remains actively engaged in instructor training. A licensed massage therapist in Oregon since 1974, Diana has been an active member of the American Massage Therapy Association for over 50 years, serving in numerous leadership roles, including President. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Health Education with a minor in Sports Medicine from Portland State University, where she introduced massage therapy into athletic settings throughout the Portland area. Diana completed a Master of Science in Business Management and Entrepreneurship from Marylhurst University in 1992, leading to the development of the Loving Touch® Parent-Infant Massage Program. She later earned a post-baccalaureate certificate in Infant Toddler Mental Health from Portland State University, with an emphasis on neonatal intensive care. She was a founding board member of both the International Association of Infant Massage Instructors and the Oregon Infant Mental Health Association, serving as President of the latter. Diana also founded EcoBaby Gear, a retail and e-commerce business promoting sustainable products for families. To expand access to training, Diana developed the online CIMI® certification program, combining asynchronous coursework with synchronous live instruction, making certification accessible to healthcare professionals across the United States and internationally.
